Taťana KUDĚJOVÁ, director

Having spent the last few years working for non-profitable organisations I know very well all the aspects and problems of this segment, especially where they suffer the most. I know that they can´t exist without support of enlightened donors. I have met with many organisers of projects in the social sphere, and know the results of their great work. No matter how hard it sometimes is to fulfill their visions they don´t give up. Because they´re here to be useful for those in need.

My activity in the Fragilis charitable fund gives me the chance to use all this experience in my future work and effort to get support and help for non-profit organisations.


Markéta BÁRTOVÁ, marketing & PR

I have been always thinking about how to combine my job in sales and marketing with the non-profit world. After completing a degree in special pedagogy and psychology I wanted to save the worldJ Life however, directed me in a slightly different way and I started to notice more and more, how much we spend and how little is needed to change something. Perhaps not the entire world but just a part of it. Part of a life. A smile… 

When we decided to put together a team of great people and launch Fragilis I worked out how little is enough. I am glad that already today I can look back and say that I helped someone. Perhaps just a bit but that´s better than nothing. My life can change in a moment too and maybe there will be someone like me. Someone who will help. Maybe just a bit. But will help… For the majority of my life I have followed my mum´s advise ´You will find the helping hand on the other side of your own shoulders´. But what if that someone doesn´t have the other side? Or can´t handle it? I have also tried to reach hands of others. And that´s why I believe that even the smallest help makes a difference.


Mariana KROFTOVÁ, Project Manager

By launching the Fragilis charitable fund I have fulfilled my dream. I had completed degree in special pedagogy and psychology and have worked in various organisations specialised in children´s psychology and sociology, both as an employee or volunteer. Most of these organisations have to fight for survival every year because of insufficient financing from the state and their powerlessness to approach private sources.

Thanks to my position in Fragilis I can finally address this constraint.

I am participant in psychotherapeutical training, love travelling, and my hobbies also include literature, film, and sport. I became a proud mum in late 2010.

When the founders of Fragilis charitable fund approached me I didn´t hesitate even for a second. Their enthusiasm for helping other is inspiration. And their professionalism how they run the project just validated my decision. I am glad to be part of it and to be able to offer my experience from business economics and finance.
