Who can ask for a contibution
Fragilis supports mainly long-term projects of non-profit organisations and other subjects, reflecting the needs of the respective community.
Submission of the request
The Fragils charitable fund publishes the guidelines for selection of the projects on its website www.fragilis.org (Guidelines for Submission for application for a contibution can be found HERE). It comes from the experience of its staff and actively seeks new projects. It approaches the selected subjects and they submit their applications for a contribution by the deadline set.
The requests must be
- Complete (*)
- Delivered on time
- Their project intention matches the mission and goals of the Fragilis charitable fund
(*) complete is understood as a request including:
1. Correctly completed application for providing a charitable contribution (Form can be found HERE)
2. Mandatory addendums which have to be attached to the application
- Addendum1 – Time frame
- Addendum 2 - Budget
- Statement from the commercial or other register not older than 3 months (for civil associations confirmation from the Ministry of Internal Affairs is required)
- Contract of setting-up/ working of an dedicated account where the charitable contribution will be transferred, once approved
- Extract from the police records for statutory organs of the organisation not older than 3 months
- Statutory declaration that the applicant is not in liquidation/ bankruptcy, doesn´t have any delinquent tax in its tax records, doesn´t have any undercharge on the insurance and on penalty on social and medical insurances or/ and on the insurance and on penalty on social security and the contribution to social politics of employment with the exception of cases, where the subject has been authorised part payments and is not in delay with the payments
- Relevant authorisation to the problematics, e.g. in line with Legislative act no. 108/2006
- Relevant authorisations in line with Legislative act no. 359/1999
Process for submitting applications:
Electronically to the email address info@fragilis.org and by certified mail to the address of the charitable fund.
